As soon as Q learned what the topic for IF was this week he was completely focused on drawing a Miner.

Although others are welcome to join us, currently this is a place for my boys and I to experiment with our art and post our work for Illustration Friday. We love the blog Chicken Nugget Lemon Tooty and thought we would like to adopt the idea ourselves. Although admittedly, our blog name pales in comparison.

We are a group of artists working towards becoming illustrators of children's books. This blog is our means of connecting with each other - sharing info, thoughts and ideas, giving and recieving constructive critiques of our work, as well as sharing our successes on the road to achieving our goal.
Inspired by the blog, Watercolor Wednesdays, this is a limited group that hopes to work in much the same way - members will post their work - rough or final artwork on a regular basis and recieve critiques and encouragement from other participants.
Each member will take turns suggesting a weekly project. These projects may based on an idea from the participant or taken from a topic posted on Illustration Friday, Watercolor Wednesdays or Monday Artday.
